ENA Will Not Tolerate Crime

Eagledale Neighborhood Association (ENA) President Harry Simpson made it clear that vandals destroying personal and public property will not be tolerated in Eagledale.
Simpson was referring to three vandals that used a stolen car to terrorize the neighborhood by knocking over stop signs, damaging two fire hydrants, and driving through residential yards.
Simpson requested Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Neighborhood Resource Officer Adam Franklin to relay the message back to the district to make a special effort to solve the crime. Simpson worried if the vandals continued to go unpunished they would only commit bigger crimes “These punks have no respect for property or people,” he said.
Franklin said the case is assigned to a detective that could have as many as 100 cases piling on his desk. He asked the ENA members to be patient while expressing empathy toward their concern.
