Speedway PD Make Arrest in Stabbing

Speedway Police officers arrested a suspect on 34th Street today after he reportedly fled the scene of a stabbing in Hermitage Apartments. Detectives have not released the suspect's nor the victim's names.

Officers were already investigating a report of shots fired that took place in the area of 16th and Georgetown Road when the 911 stabbing call was received. Police believe the shooting was the result of a road rage incident that happened in the Haughville area. A suspect was arrested at 30th and Medford after Speedway officers spotted the vehicle on Georgetown Road.

Detectives have not released any further information about the shooting that took place last night in Hermitage.
