Dawson's Tweaking its Menu

Unveiling of the menu change at Dawson's On Main Street still remains a mystery to even one of the owners, Chris Hill. "My brother still has that under wraps for October 29," Hill said.

All Hill could say is that the menu change would be not a complete overhaul, but more like a few tweaks to cater to a bigger customer base. He did hint that menu will expand the sea food selection.

Dawson's On Main Street has already made a few adjustments as they started offering pizza about a month ago. Hill explained that some people do not want to eat a heavy steak late in the evening, so the pizza is to accommodate that preference. He also noted they are hosting their first wine tasting event October 25 to cater to their strong wine base drinking customers. The event gives the restaurant's wine vendor a chance to try out new wines. "It should be a fun night," he said.

He also mentioned that Saturday and Sunday breakfast is back by customer request.
