Redevelopment Commission Income Report

Speedway Redevelopment Commission receipts include a 2006 $2,500,000 Bond
Anticipation Note (BAN) and the 2007 $495,000 BAN proceeds.
Clerk Treasurer Sharon Zishka submitted the income report that
includes balance statements up to March . She said the $2,995,000 BAN amount
was broken into two amounts. The SRC claimed $2.5 million in 2006 and the
remaining balance in 2007. She said it is counted as two different BAN
notes because each amount has a different interest rate.
The 2007 BAN note revenue is $495,000
Interest to date from 2007 & 2008 is $33,407.06
Rent received in 2007 and 2008 is $14,700
Other income in 2008 $5,000
945 proceeds (2007) is also known as TIF Revenue is $1,343,442.13
EPA Grant Reimbursements for 2007 is $31,135.00
